On June 29, 2026, the management team of the Green Learning Center (GLC), along with staff and local production groups, attended a joint meeting with the Champasak District Administration and relevant offices. The meeting successfully passed the resolution appointing the project committee and outlined the action plan for two major initiatives: Lasting Laos and ASEAN Youth Empowerment.
The core activities will focus on welcoming youth volunteers from 11 ASEAN countries (eYAA Cohort 6) from July 7–20, 2026, to co-develop local products, promote, and design eco-friendly community-based tourism programs. Additionally, preparations are underway for the upcoming Community Fair, scheduled for July 17, 2026.”
