on 26 October 2026 the Green Learning Center (GLC) together with the Bouppha Production Group presented our project implementation and long-term sustainability report to the Champasak District Government Project Committee, led by Mr. Soukitha Inthachack, Chair of the Champasak District Administration Committee. The meeting brought together 30 participants in total (19 government officials and 11 representatives from GLC and local production groups). Together, we reviewed key achievements under the eYAA Cohort 6 program—from launching the Bouppha Community Market and market fund to empowering local women producers, promoting traditional weaving handicrafts, processing local products, obtaining official group establishment permission, and formally adopting group regulations. To ensure post-project sustainability, we proposed key follow-up action steps:
Promoting and upgrading community food products toward standard evaluation and ODOP certification, alongside promoting handweaving and processing into handicraft products.
Continuing our free Saturday learning sessions for local youth and children to keep developing their English and digital social media skills.
Strengthening coordination with district sector offices (Agriculture, Commerce, Tourism, and the Lao Women’s Union) to ensure thriving local markets and livelihoods, while actively building experience by showcasing our products at various exhibitions, particularly within Champasak District and Champasak Province. Thank you to the district leadership, Asean Foundation, Maybank Foundation, Asean Youths and all partners for working hand-in-hand with us to create lasting opportunities and sustainability for our community! ![]()
