On May 26-27, 2026, a training workshop on the topic “Strengthening Governance & Management and Strategic Growth” was held for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Credit Committee, Board of Management, Head of Sections, and Heads and Deputy Heads of Service Units at the SCU Champa Phathana (SCUCP) Office, Champasak Province.
This training workshop on May 26-27 is the very first step in collaborating to review and improve the Vision and Mission, and to build a correct and unified understanding of the organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities of each side clearly.
For the goal of sustainability, SCUCP and the Green Learning Center jointly build professionalism in management and operational monitoring through the “Leadership Building and Development Program” continuously for 3 months (June – August 2026) for 14 leaders, which is divided into 4 phases as follows:
• Phase 1 (June): Base Assessment & Improvement — 360-degree organizational health check and 1-on-1 open-heart dialogues.
• Phase 2 (June): Human-Centered Problem Solving Tools (Design Thinking), Mindset Shift, and Team Building — Ownership Workshop and team dynamics optimization to break down the departmental walls of working separately (Silo Culture).
• Phase 3 (June – August): Being a Mentor, Communication, and Task Delegation.
• Phase 4 (August): Summary of Leadership Building and Development results — Final evaluation, succession planning (Coach), and giving Leadership Commitments toward the 2027 growth plan.
