The Green Learning Center was established in Huay Hea Village, Champasak District and Province, piloted the initiative in 2022 and was officially registered by the Education Department of Champasak Province in October 2023, the founder have the need to develop their hometown and community. Most of the young people go to work in Thailand, leaving the elderly parents to look after their children and make the village quiet. Therefore, it is intended to create a learning center to be a comprehensive center for learning from life and real development, such as:
